Dr. Paektau joined the faculty at Okanagan College in August 2005. Previously he spent six years teaching at Keyano College in Fort McMurray. Prior to that Dr. Paetkau completed a two year research position at Penn State University working with Prof. Moses Chan studying phase transitions in porous media.

    My current research interests are varied. I am involved with small angle X-ray scattering experiments at Argonne National labs near Chicago. I am also interested in contributing to the improvement of physics education at the undergraduate level.
