  2. 2000 - 2001 Delegation of the European Commission in Ukraine, European Centre of Co-operation in Education, British Council, Embassy of Austria in Ukraine, UNDP and International Renaissance Foundation's Information System development grant "Web-based database system of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine" ( Oracle 8i, Oracle Designer 2000, Oracle WebDB, and Sun Solaris UNIX). The system is working, but not supported and updated well now. US $ 60,000
  3. 2000 - 2001 International Renaissance Foundation's Information System development grant "Grant Management and Document Flow Systems of Public Foundations" and integrating with "Public Evaluation of IRF Projects through Internet" and a financial system SunSystems (ORACLE 8.0.5, Oracle Designer, Application Server 4.x / WebDB, MS SQL 7.0).   9. 1995 - 1996 Internet Access for Kiev Mohyla Academy, project (W940700), which included the "Internet Training Centre for Trainers" and was funded by Eurasia Foundation and USIS.
